The hotel is newly remodelled with all you need for a real good stay. The rooms are well decorated and brand-new with the jacuzzi tub on the balcony, everything is immaculate. The staff are highly skilled and deserve a 5-star rating.

I had an incredible birthday celebration at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make it special, from serenading me to surprising me with bubbly and cake in my room. The spa experience was amazing too, with clean and beautiful facilities. The jacuzzi and arctic pool were a great way to relax, especially for my foot pain. The staff were always friendly and spoke good English, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The food at the lunch and dinner restaurants was of high quality and the hotel also offered room service at any time. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, close to a large shopping center and right by the beach.

The staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly. They go above and beyond to fulfill guests' needs. The breakfast is a great value. The variety in the buffet at the Aurora restaurant is enjoyable. The beach area is nice and the staff is attentive to both the property and guests.

As low-budget travelers, we were impressed by the exceptional staff, always working to make our stay enjoyable. The buffet at the Mexican restaurant was delicious, and room service was prompt. The rooms were clean and beautiful, and the beach was pristine. The staff made my 50th birthday extra special, and the spa experience was fantastic. the hotel provided all our needs promptly and with a friendly attitude.

Location: the hotel was adjacent to Moon Palace and Moon Grand and the sea front. The breakfast was local with burgers and also great options, paying attention to little details.

Had beautifully decorated room for a fun stay for four nights in concierge level. Large breakfast with a lot of good foods. The most important - spectacular location in the restaurants which are exceptional. Easy check-in, parking on-site.

Enjoyed the complimentary champagne and strawberries in our room upon arrival. The hotel's location, right on the beach, was perfect for romantic walks. Loved the infinity pool overlooking the ocean.

Limited dining options and the buffet could be repetitive. Beach chairs were frequently taken and difficult to find.
